  I just made this a private blog with no comments. Hm.

• Okay, theme and flickr working

  It looks like changes to the site (theme variables, widgets) take some time to show up on the site. It could be a cookies thing or it could be a database thing, having to do with the plugins or something. Anyway, I got the contact form working, I managed to get the theme to change, now my Flickr stream shows. Now I want to figure out how to change the sidebar on the main, blog, and article pages.

• Weird

  I successfully installed this theme (it seems that only themes written for the latest version of Textpattern that come with the installer will work at all), but some of it’s plugins seem to be wonky. For example, I replaced the logo image but it wouldn’t work all day yesterday checking via my Windows desktop — here on the Linux laptop I see the new logo fine. But I can’t change the theme as the plugin says I should be able to. Also, I can’t get the contact form to show on the contact page.
